1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for ANALITIQA’s online courses under specific conditions. To be eligible, you must request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of course enrollment.

No refund requests will be accepted after 3 days of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed
  • If course materials (videos, PDFs, etc.) have been downloaded, shared, or distributed
  • If refund is requested after the allowed period
  • For discounted or promotional purchases
  • If account access is shared or misused

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact our support team with your registered details, payment proof, and reason for refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 working days.

4. Refund Approval & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Payment Gateway

All transactions are securely processed via third-party payment gateways such as Easebuzz. We do not store your card or banking details.

6. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund request if the policy conditions are not met or if misuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
